Are Bengals getting arrested still considered smack? - GMDino - 01-03-2017

I thought someone was comparing this team to the 2005 team earlier in the season.

Quote:Well, the Bengals offseason is off to a GREAT start.

Bengals CB Adam 'Pacman' Jones was arrested and booked on charges of disorderly conduct and assault.

According to Local 12 in Cincinnati... "Pacman" was causing a scene at a bar downtown. He was beating on doors, yelling, cursing and allegedly refused to stop when asked. The court document says he also tried to physically harm another man by pushing him and poking him in the eye.

When officers tried to take him in, Jones apparently pulled away from officers and refused to get in to the police car. Then, while being processed in the Justice Center, he spit on a nurse.

Mugshot time.

Now they're saying he headbutted a cop too.

A bengal shows his true stripes.

Among other things, he assaulted a woman (again). How long before you know who defends this by saying PacMan was scared for his life?

RE: Are Bengals getting arrested still considered smack? - 6andcounting - 01-03-2017

Out of all the ways he's assaulted people over the years, spitting seems to be his favorite method of attack.

Looking for Terrell Pryor:

Looking for Pacman Jones:

He beat the shit out of a stripper and was given a job in Cincy. He slugged a woman and was made team captain. Now that he has a spit on a nurse, does he get the key to the city and a year of free chili?

What does it say about the character of this team that they picked this human garbage as their captain?

Nah....Giggles is still the coach.

Turns out this wasn't pacmans fault.

The police are discussing this right now. Joey Porter learning pacman got arrest shows up at the jail and was egging on pacman.
Joey Porter had no business being there.

Good news is it won't be up to Giggles. Thankfully this should be the last strike and get him suspended indefinitely which would get him off the team and clear the contract for cap space.

If it were any other Bengal, I'd say it's worthy smack. But it's Adam Jones. That's like being surprised a lit stick of dynamite exploded.

No doubt. Not too mention most people wanted to be done with him before this even happened. This just makes it that much easier to wave good-bye.

That poor nurse. Probably some average schleb making less than 50K a year who just wanted to get through her shift and get home and now she has to get the HIV prophylaxis and whole work up for the litany of STDs that Jones no doubt has. Herpes, syphilis, gonorrhea, they're probably all real possibilities for her now.

I'm sure you're right...I just like calling him Giggles.

The fact that it's not surprising is exactly why it IS smack - he had already compiled a lengthy rap sheet by the time the Bengals signed him.

First of all, although he probably won't, jones should be cut now.

Have at it !

What is sad is that I think the majority of us are de-sensitized to it, now.

Jones is old enough to know better.
Throw him in the clink.
