Second down there was on Allen who tried to change the play way too late and confused everyone - you could tell. Third down was a basic blocking assignment mistake, Center and LG went the same direction and the defender was unblocked. We don't know who screwed up there - Center, Volson, the RB (who usually in that alignment is supposed to pick up free rushers)...

The problem is we don't know who on that play was supposed to pick up the free rusher. Could have been Volson but also could have been the RB or LT. The play really looked a lot like the line got its signals crossed.
