They have Baker sitting on the bench healthy. They have their best CB sitting on the bench healthy. They haven't targeted their #1 WR yet today. They haven't tested the Bengals backup CBs much at all.
Are the Panthers trying to lose? Like even more so than trading their best players away. Seems so overt.
