Doubtful. Will Brown hire a coach worth anything - absolutely. He hired one of the hottest coordinators in the game last time. I bet he does it again.. There is no fixing this crappy O-line, nobody on the roster is good enough RE: Let's look forward to 2018 I guess - Millhouse - 09-15-2017 (09-15-2017, 01:55 PM)Trademark Wrote: There is no fixing this crappy O-line, nobody on the roster is good enough There is no fixing it, but they can go out and make trades for a bandaid player. There has to be a backup tackle somewhere that is an immediate upgrade over CedO. And if need be put Andre back at right tackle where he knows how to play. Because Fisher isnt looking like anything special either. But the Bengals dont operate like that, making trades in the season to make the team better because a player sucks. So yeah, there is no fixing this o-line because the Bengals are too stubborn to admit it needs fixing during the season. In part due to missing four games with injury, Albert had the worst season of his career in 2016 with a PFF grade of 49.0 and saw his pass blocking efficiency slip to 94.1 after finishing with 97.0 in 2015. From 2011 through 2015, Albert ranked among the top ten tackles in pass blocking efficiency, and his career best PFF grade occurred in 2014 with a grade of 89.0 that ranked fourth among all tackles. Nick mangold is out there... a little blurb on him. Mangold didn’t allow a sack and surrendered five total pressures across eight games in an injury-shortened season. Mangold isn’t the player he once was, but has surrendered only one sack over the past four seasons. They could have signed both and had enough time to bring hem Up to speed to at least be better than ced & bodine. Help is it there, but bengals have to want help first.
