I honestly don't know. I didn't watch it (because I turned it off before the half because I am an old person and go to bed early and because they were pissing me off) and the rules around these things are so damned convoluted I've stopped trying to figure it out.

The moment he was hit I can definitely see why he looked more like a runner than passer, but there doesn't seem to be any consistent way to determine how a qb in the pocket with the ball in his hand is a actually runner and not a passer.

RE: Steelers-Packers - GMDino - 11-28-2017

Not this past sunday, but the week before, the MN QB got hit in the head TWICE on the same play before completing the pass.  No flags.

So I'll repeat myself:  There is zero consistency between crews and individual officials.  We need full time officials, working year round WITH each other to be on the same page.  Not crews that meet on Saturday (after leaving their full time job and family and maybe after working a college game the week before) to look at film and get "guidance" from someguy in New York.
