1. I expect Burfict to come off of PUP before preseason game three. The knee is completely healed, it is just a matter of building up the muscles he wasn't able to use during his recuperation. He would have to sustain a new injury for him to stay on PUP.
2. In Hobson's interview with Cincy Jungle, he indicated that after the 'big three', Tate was the only wide receiver that looked decent during the OTAs. So I would pencil him in as the #4 wide receiver.

QB: Dalton, McCarron (PS: Wenning)
RB: Hill, Bernard, Burkhead, Peerman (PS: Wilder, Watson)
WR: Green, Sanu, Jones, Alford, Little, Tate (PS: Kumerow)
TE: Eifert, Hewitt, Kroft (PS: Uzomah, Peters)
OT: Whitworth, Smith, Winston, Fisher (Ogbuehi on PUP)
OG: Boling, Zeitler, Hopkins
C: Bodine, Johnson
DE: Johnson, Dunlap, Gilberry, Clarke, Hardison
DT: Atkins, Peko, Thompson, Sims, Williams

I like an extra LB this year after last season's injuries -- I also think Burfict will miss at least the first six games (microfracture is tough).
