I don't think so. The Bengals were two LBs, an interior rusher, a RG, a RT, and a TE away. They could have added a player or two, but it would have resulted in maybe a winning record or making the playoffs. A trade only made sense if it was going to be for a player who the Bengals would have for more than the rest of the 2018 season.
