I'm just saying that it seems the league is putting his actions into a different category than the typical roughing the passer fines among the other that are similar to that. People have been running around the boards saying it's "just football, man!" when obviously it isn't, or else he'd have been slapped with a $15k-ish fine and that would have been about all.

Not trying to go off on you specifically here, but this is getting ridiculous with nobody just giving me a good reason if this is such a simple issue.

I'm just saying that using the facts here of what he has been involved with in his career, the fact that this fine is $35 mil instead of $15 mil has much more to do with the severity of THIS occurrence and has very, very little to do with stuff that happened 7-8 years ago.
