I thought I saw where mike brown had the lease changed a while back, I would imagine it's so the bengals could play over there at some point.  

Fans down here aren't crazy about it but there are more and more trips of fans that actually go to London especially if it's supposed to be a home game here.

As much as I hate the idea...  I'd totally be up for going to London for the Bengals.  It's a great city, and I'd love to see an event at Wembley Stadium.

I'd agree with most of what's been said above. The International Series has been a success but I reckon that the level we're at right now (three games/season) is perfect. I'm not convinced a London franchise would work, either logistically or from a popularity standpoint. It was also announced yesterday that the International Series is set to continue to at least 2025 but the suggestion was that other countries would be introduced as well.

I'm still hoping that the Bengals get a game over here soon; I'm at the Bills/Jags game in a couple of weeks which seems to be a slightly better match-up now than when I bought the tickets last year. There's a fair number of Bengals shirts on show at the Wembley games and it'd be good to get some of you over to England.

In the UK, the NFL has been televised for thirty years or so now, starting with highlights packages in the 1980s (when I got hooked) and moving on to what we have now which is usually four/five live games a week. The issue for us is obviously the time difference which makes the Sunday 1pm game for you (6pm here) much more attractive to watch than MNF which is around 1.30am Tuesday morning.

If you take an International Series game, you'll see shirts from nearly all the NFL teams - Pats are the most popular I think (possibly a 'New' England link there) and the other SB winning teams draw a lot of support. There are a fairly large number of Bengals followers about too. You don't see many Chiefs, Browns, Bucs, Cardinals or Falcons shirts around (or at least I haven't).
