Yet somehow, Joe Judge was able to win as many games in his 1st season as Zac has in his first 2 years. Some like to use the excuse of Covid, no real preseason, etc when it comes to Zac, but Judge had to deal with all that as a rookie HC.

Then you look at Anthony Lynn in LA (who was 33-31 with them, and had a PO win) - some of the reasons mentioned for not retaining him were game management issues, close losses, loyalty to underperforming staff, and being slow to make personnel changes. It's pretty easy to make the case that all those things apply to Zac, yet he still has a job.
