Indeed, but I read 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea for the first time around 10 years old.....Ray Bradbury around then too.  I enjoyed them more, and understood them better as when I read them later again......but I still liked them the first time too.

Agreed. I listed books I read from ages 7-12.

Catcher in the Rye was my favorite book...when I was 16-17.

I read at an 11th grade level in 5th grade, but that doesn't mean I would've actually understood the adult themes.
