Ford has played OK at times but the guy still isnt good. I cant believe anybody would support Ford as a starter unless they just dont like Joe Burrow and want to see him hurt.

I don't think anyone would support him as a starter. That doesn't mean you can't praise his play as the 4th tackle coming in off the bench and holding up pretty well.

Hell, I wouldn't mind letting him compete for one of the interior spots upon OBJ's return. But there's no world in which I want him starting over a healthy OBj

I wouldn't either, but there is no guarantee he can play guard. People assume tackles can play guard. Not all can. I suspect if he could they would already be trying him.
