RE: week 18 injuries - pally - 12-31-2024 only a walk thru today. I don't like seeing Drew Sample as a DNP since he is a massive piece of the blocking schemes

Never mind that Burrow ran it in on the ensuing play. So, yes a very stupid call by Zac Taylor. Get your RB injured and take no time off the clock... Not kneeling puts fumble, penalty, and injury in play. It's dumb and unnecessarily risky. Period. No, everything negative isn't Zac's fault. But this definitely was. 100% unnecessary. Answer me this, Frank. And ANSWER it, or be revealed for trolling, what is the point of the hand-off if we don't want to score? Denver would have had the ball back eith about a minute down 3 if we don't try for a TD. Zac seems like he's got Marvin ball in him too, doesn't know how to extend a lead. Does a lot of scoreboard watching and doesn't have the play calls to execute that. With a one-legged O. Brown and a one-armed Mims hopefully both playing on Saturday, it would be nice to have Drew Sample's blocking ability out there helping them.

RE: week 18 injuries - WeezyBengal - 01-02-2025 Someone just tell me if Cam Heyward is playing or not. He's easily the most important player that's possibly not going to play this week. Not kneeling puts fumble, penalty, and injury in play. We needed to score. Zac didn't trust the defense, justifiably, so he wanted to force Denver to burn their final timeout. Seriously, the game was tied at 17 at that point. What makes anyone think they were just going to kneel out the clock without their top K? It's also possible that it was a decision Brown made on his own, thinking it was a "smart" play. The decision to have Joe punch it in on 2nd down could also have been influenced by the fact that Brown went down and the trust wasn't there with Herbert or Williams to punch it in.
