100% yes.
Teams are always finding ways to move cap down the road.
Bengals cannot sit here and be worried about 5+ years down the road.
They have an elite QB and triple crown WR in their prime.
They also have an elite pass rusher who is only under contract one more year and just turned 30 years old. He likely only has up to a few years left before he starts declining.
