Not a SP, but the Reds signed Scott Barlow today for the bullpen.

Looks like Lowder is having some elbow issues. Not a great way to start Spring Training.

Loved his results . . . never liked his delivery. All arm, very much like Lodolo. He flings it more than he throws it.
