Just some kids having fun. I personally dislike people wearing hood in public, whenever I see someone with their hood up no matter their demographic I'm always assuming they are up to something.

It is a nice way to get a look and see what they are really like answering questions for a reporter gives you zero insight IMO.

Oddly enough, Ruggs and CTB grew up in the same city/area.
