There are generally local real estate groups that you can join and advertise your property.

Local groups are often ran by realtors so you are paying 3-3.5% and dealing with constant cold calls. Realtors make these groups to farm clients

They are fine as long you are willing to deal with what comes from it ....

The ads however allow you to reach people directly. You would be surprised how often people click and how many more it reaches .

Our local one was created by an auctioneer/landlord.
I don't think our local real estate agents are bright enough to start a group...lol
I'm in a small town of about 13,000.
