He does, watching his highlights against Washington and Boise State and he looks like a natural pass rusher.
Spin moves and knows how to shed blocks. There is some bad tape, but there is some really good stuff that Haslet
and Geunther were talking about. He can cover and is an athletic type.

Ourlads scouting service said on twitter they had Vigil ranked #3 LB in the entire draft behind only Jack and Raggland.
