Tate would infuriate me at times, but he would make 2-3 key plays a year. He was sure handed if nothing else.

Yes. It is obvious that something is missing on STs. It is likely Peerman. Is the ST coach one of the 5 new coaches? I bet he is.

Most of those were in the sqweelers game.. He didn't muff any and he didn't let them pin it inside the 2 in shitty ass weather.. Decent enough for a rookie imo. He will get much better as the year goes on.. Can you imagine the pressure on him that game?

I'd say give AE a freaking chance.
Such a small sample size to start the "We shoulda known better than to make a change thread".
The only thing I'm not big fan of is that Adam Jones is still returning punts.
Just for the fact that we really need him on defense.

Curious as to how often Jones has been hurt on returns? Due to his age, maybe you're speaking of he can't handle being on the field that much.
I'm surprised we haven't found a return man. Brandon Tate was basically just a returner. There has to be someone out there on earth that would be his specialty. Where is Joshua Cribbs?
