Vigil is terrible. The TE beat him for a long reception. After Rey missed the Tackle on Bell on the long one Vigil dove at his ankle and missed.

All I saw was a ref jawing at Burfict, then he grabbed on him a bit and Burfict threw his arms up to show he wasn't doing anything.

The thing to remember about the Bengals is the team never has a strength against good teams. When the offense plays well...the defense plays terrible.

45 Pitt gave him some extra curricular at the end of the prior play.
Burfict blew him up next play and went and jawed at him after the tackle (still at the ball).
Ref made a comment to Burfict and he started walking away in the process.
Ref grabbed him to complete his comment, most likely a warning of some kind.
