I think he surprise some people with his athleticism at the combine. He may rise to a 2nd round pick.Just weighed in with the same wingspan as Orlando brown but need to eat less than 300. You been on him that long?I disagree that he's 6"3. I believe he'll clock in at6"4. Vea ran it at 350+ lbs. He has great great hand movement and ball get off, something Billings lacks.he has really good pass rushing g skills, imo elite. I would have no qualms putting him at 3-tech. RE: Scouting Combine Boom/Bust - Jpoore - 02-28-2018 Will Hernandez with 32 inch arms, 77 6/8 wingspan and 327 lbs. Lost 13 lbs since senior bowl. RE: Scouting Combine Boom/Bust - Jpoore - 02-28-2018 (02-28-2018, 12:42 PM)ochocincos Wrote: Joe Goodberry tweeted out an interesting idea of maybe trying Nelson at OT given his measurements and skill set. Very close to 34" arm length (considered by many to be "long enough") and very good wingspan too. Nelson is widely considered the best OL prospect in the draft too, so it could be worth trying. Makes sense considering he was recruited as an ot. Had to learn guard bc he was behind Staley and mcg. He's not a good enough pass rusher to be put at 3T. RE: Scouting Combine Boom/Bust - Jpoore - 02-28-2018 (02-28-2018, 02:10 PM)ochocincos Wrote: He's not a good enough pass rusher to be put at 3T. Not full time but I'd be fine playing him there 25-40 percent of a years snaps. He's that good of a pass rusher. RE: Scouting Combine Boom/Bust - PikesPeakUC - 02-28-2018 I think Terrell Edmunds is a riser after he puts on a show at the combine. RE: Scouting Combine Boom/Bust - NATI BENGALS - 02-28-2018 Hoping Josey Jewell is a faller. Would like to have him as an option in the 3rd RE: Scouting Combine Boom/Bust - bfine32 - 02-28-2018 (02-28-2018, 06:50 PM)McC Wrote: Wonder what Boling's number is. 33.25 at the combine Scouting Combine Boom/Bust - ochocincos - 02-28-2018 (02-28-2018, 06:03 PM)McC Wrote: What's the magic number for an OT? Most will say 34” and up for OT. Ideally 35”. But there are rare occasions someone in the 33” range can be OT in NFL. I guess if you have shorter arms, you'd better have quicker hands. He'll be in that 4:38-4.42. I think he was playing in that 218-223 range anyways. Either way he's gonna blow it up as a 6"4 220 lb+safety with an insane vert broad jump 3 cone and shuttle. Like to point out from this post Derwin James is almost 6'2. He measured in at 6'1 3/4s and 215 RE: Scouting Combine Boom/Bust - ochocincos - 03-05-2018 (03-05-2018, 02:57 PM)Synric Wrote: Like to point out from this post Derwin James is almost 6'2.
