If the Bengals were sold to a local group it would be the Schottenstein Family. They nearly bought the Browns but got shafted so most likely would be given first dibs on the Bengals.

I really wish people would stop going on about hiring a GM, The Bengals already have one and his name is Tobin and until he leaves the organization they will never have anyone with the title of GM
