I think the single greatest thing the NFL has EVER done to actually enhance parity was the rookie wage scale.  

Teams that were not the top tier teams whiff on a high first round pick, they were done.  Cash strapped, and the kicker was that no free agent would want to go to a team in such a situation.  The worst teams picked at the top and had a 50/50 chance of being buried for 5 years.  I always thought Belichek was brilliant the way he would almost always trade back and accumulate picks.  He was also mitigating risk.

I think the NFL will look a lot different over the next 20 years.

Hilarious Actually no..First it would hurt like hell and I'd probably lose all sensation and never be able to use it for anything other than peeing..Chances are it would get infected and have to be cut off.. That would suck..  Shocked I'm fairly certain no possible game is worth a risk like that..  Nervous
