The thing with TKO was it just wasn't w/ the Bengals.
Same thing happened in BUF,PHI,SF,SD. They don't make the playoffs while he's on the team, but they do as soon as he leaves.

I think that's coincidental more so than Spikes prohibiting teams from making the playoffs.
