Ben was found guilty of rape in the civil court (he settled, which is the same thing as admitting your guilt), just not the legal one, because she knew they wouldn't have done anything in the legal court (who's to say that punishment would have eased her pain at all anyways?) and AJ Green doesn't have to get young college girls drunk and then have his bodyguards force them into bathrooms where he can rape them!
