My "bold" but likely implausible predictions for 2016 Bengals' draft?
The Bengals take running back Zeke Elliott out of OSU at 24.
In second round, Bengals take WR Thomas (OSU) or WR Cooper.
Round 3, Bengals take Jalen Smith LB.
Round 4, Bengals take DT.
