And for those not in the know, back in the day there was a way (reversed wires?) you could get pay per view channels, but they were scrambled mess of a picture. Still, undeterred, millions upon million of 80's and 90's kids watched, wondering "is that a boob?"

If you flipped the channel switch back and forth, it would be less scrambled for a millisecond.
