The defense can stop teams, but they keep getting left out on the field and worn down because of offensive ineffectiveness.

Definitely the issue over the course of the season. Burrow is too limited for this offence to put up more than 24 points so far... that won't win enough games.
Today.... The defence is on track to give up 48 points to a Tannehill-led offence.
