We know Allen is garbage. I still am not convinced that Hopkins is anything more than a bottom tier starter. A starting caliber player, sure, but not a good one.

Bengals said he had potential. Every fan knew otherwise.
I've been watching him since he was a freshman in college and his problem then, is still his problem to this day. He just loses concentration and is terribly inconsistent.
