There are many different ways to build a winning team, but if any of us on this board knew how to do it well, we'd have a job in the NFL. That or maybe we have missed our calling..

I'm not happy with Vontaze right now. He routinely misses 25%+ of the season and his play his fallen off. He has missed quite a few tackles out there and looks slow.

I agree. I just think he is slow.
In the NFL today, you need a fast defense. I feel like we aren't anywhere NEAR that. The only thing guys I think fit the bill are WJ3 and Bates. When your MLB is slow, your defense is slow.
