I think the scouting process is imperfect so guys that may not meet certain physical bench marks that get passed over can sometimes show those bench marks aren't always true. Yep. Small school guys too. It's pretty hard to project out how a D2 guy will do in the Pro's. Yet, there are a lot of them there. That and competition level. Pretty sure most scouts go by size and competition. A guy from the SEC will get higher marks than a similar player in the MAC. |
