For the record, I think the FO should admit we suck and start trading guys right now for the rebuild by using the draft and cutting major salary cap players:

AD
Green
Atkins
Dunlap
Dre

Anyone pushing 30 or over and has a high contract should be traded prior to the trade deadline, again 2 reasons start the rebuild with youth (draft) and get a ton of salary cap money to use the next few years to build around our new QB. Start Dalton until they have been eliminated from playoff contention (which, mercifully, could happen as early as this month).  Once they're firmly out of the playoffs, give Finley and Dolegala the rest of the season to see what you have.
