Why are the replacements for guys who fail going to automatically be better than the replacements for guys who left for other jobs.

I don't see any difference.

Several of our Bengal coaches appear to be sub par, their replacements could be crummy also, but we know who we have now is
under performing. The team can't get better with those boat anchors dragging . If the replacements don't improve us, replace them too. If you were shopping for something and the first store visited did not have that item, you go on to the next place. ( or do you give up ? )

It might be easier to say who I'd keep (maybe half of 'em). It seems the team no longer values player versatility, and is forcing players into strict roles. That clearly isn't working. A big problem is the lack of coaching creativity.

Paul Alexander.

This question was just lobbed up there begging to be driven out of the park.

PA hands down, and that is not short for Pennsylvania.

Coyle not sure it is all on him. Not sure it is not either but our DB's always benefitted from the DL play greatly which they no longer are afforded that luxury. Plus Leon Hall was almost like having an extra DB coach around.

The loss of Hall, Nelson, Vance Joseph, and even Jay Hayes along with injury to Jackson kind of makes it tough to judge Coyle.

He has seemed to help Kirkpatrick and can not blame Pac Man's slide on him more than just grandfather time itself.
