RE: ***Pre-Season GameDay Thread - Colts @ Bengals*** - Timanky12 - 08-22-2024 16 yards of offense, team is rolling. They going to have to pick it up to make last weeks 226 yards . RE: ***Pre-Season GameDay Thread - Colts @ Bengals*** - BengalsLUFC - 08-22-2024 I’m baffled about how American coaches teach people how to kick a ball, that’s a shocking punt again. May as well have gone for it there anyway. This game is to fill out the bottom of the roster. Offense is going to have to win the games, and the AFC North is a tough place to score a lot of points. We will be lucky to go 3-3 in North, then we got KC, Philly, Dallas, probs Lu all losses. That’s 6 losses already. They won 9 last season with no Burrow and the toughest schedule in the NFL. With this schedule and the additions they made I see at least 2 more wins. It doesn’t and I’m almost certain we will start slow again this year. I just hope we can pull ourselves out of an early hole yet again. And with our scrubs playing the Colts starters the outcome so far is pretty surprising. Yes, but the other teams seem to be playing more 2 deeps. You can count the number of plays the Bengals starters have played on both hands. Too many receivers wide open over the middle. If we don’t fix that’s we won’t be any better. I think we will see marked improvement in communication, thus better pass defense. Not sure about run though. We start out poorly and fall 2 games behind, and have to play catch-up the rest of the season. RE: ***Pre-Season GameDay Thread - Colts @ Bengals*** - jj22 - 08-22-2024 Lee’s had another good game. All is showing why they didn’t hold him back by putting him on pup |
