Maybe a team with an already established and elite QB will take a chance on him as the backup knowing it won't lead to debate in the media or among fans about whether or not he should start. For example, if KC, Buffalo, or Cincinnati take him then it's a given he's only the backup.

That's what I'm thinking and I love it lol
I'm thinking some team would draft him late just as an heir to their QB spot or to sell tickets and merchandise, but that second part, along with the media circus, could be a reason for a team to stay away from him, unless a bad team needs the attention.
Ty Robinson just got drafted, which sucks.

Eagles just continue to add good players to their defense. Robinson will be an excellent second teamer for them.

Thomas Perry is an offensive guard from a Div-III school. He was invited to the East-West Shrine Bowl where he looked pretty good against the FBS guys. There is some potential there.
JJ Roberts is a safety from Marshall. He he athletic and could be a good pick late in the draft

If I'm Sanders at this point do you just want to not be drafted and go on visits and try and convince a team you'll be mature and take a backup role.

It depends, I would think if Steeler's or Rams draft him, he has shot to be a starter immediately for Steelers or within 2 to 3 years when Stafford retires.
I am guess he does not want to be
