Nothing to make up, so far the refs have been wearing silver and black. They let roughing go unflagged, gave a timeout AFTER the snap, missed an illegal pick play by the Raiders right in front of their eyes.

He should be. No one blew the whistle, so a TO shouldn't be awarded. I understand it when there is a ref running in from the side and the ball get's snapped, but that wasn't the case.
