I think there's a good chance that MB wanted him back, but Marvin was done here. Is it just me or do any of you feel the Ross pick drove a wedge between Marvin & Mikey? Seems like after that happened there was change in Marvin's attitude here, RE: "There's a loose belief that Taylor could get another year" - THE PISTONS - 12-12-2020 (12-12-2020, 11:08 AM)BengalsRocker Wrote: Is it just me or do any of you feel the Ross pick drove a wedge between Marvin & Mikey? Likely so. I dont know though. Marvin kept signing extensions. He was pretty go with the flow. Taylor is that way too. When people want a Zimmer, no way does that work here. RE: "There's a loose belief that Taylor could get another year" - THE PISTONS - 12-12-2020 I'll say this, if they bring back Taylor and Lou, and sacrifice Callahan and make minimal coaching changes...my interest in the team will likely be very casual. We need a fresh sweep of coaches. Not tweaks. The only question is does it happen in January of 21 or 22. Not likely. I don't think it's a solution for either MB or Marvin honestly.
