I had Matthew Butler over this guy even. And Winfrey fell. Shoulda waited at least another round with Brooks being plan B if Carter was gone. Definitely a wtf pick

Have absolutely no idea why they would take Carter over Ruckert who would be a major upgrade at TE. Drew Sample isn't getting any better.
