Just playing devil's advocate, people also scratched their head when we brought Gruden in and said it wouldn't work because of his lack of experience. And some people had written Zimmer off as HC material since he was pushing 60 and hadn't attracted a lot of attention as a HC.
Hey, fair enough. He could be a diamond for all we know. He's certainly done good work with lines.
Plus he might be motivated to take Pitt down with the way they handled him towards the end.
