O'Brien was canned because he belongs coaching in the college game.  One disagreement with a player didn't get the GM fired... it was the inability to win with a stacked roster.

The Texas won the first game after firing O'Brien

That's not the point. He bet they would be shut out. They weren't shut out. He's broke.

"deserve" has no part in it.

Fwiw, they did. Despite playing like crazy the whole game, they put up those 3 points while Bal was looking for the shutout so in essence, they scored on the 100% full go D.

It could be but you rarely see both because how many times a game does a defender just run up the gut with a free shot at Burrow?!

Pisses me off because a defender will be three feet from the blocker and the blocker (usually the left guard) just slides out and give them a free path to Burrow!

If they don't do that, they get pushed back into Burrow!

We could beat the Colts if we replace Taylor with Simmons and have Callahan call the plays

The damn spell check. It fixed the first part and left the ending still attached.

Burrow had people open all over on that sack. Sample.

FG. 24-7.

Colts D gifted us points that drive.
