This is getting silly. Calling Tee the 4th best player on the team is “way too generous” now? Dude was a highly rated 2nd round pick from a national championship team. He was good before he ever played with Chase.

I am at a loss..Yoshi has the speed, skills, TE ability to make difficult catches..He simply is not being given enough reps..Pus there are ton of really good receivers in the draft that can run 10-15 routes and make catches

oh yes it is true..he may play the snaps but was not thrown the ball,,now maybe there is something in training during the week that we are not aware of..but the player I see is a tremendous athlete..can catch a football and make some very difficult catches>yes he has dropped a few..so has Higgins and chase

What is your list then?
I have Burrow, Chase, Brown, Mims, Hendrickson, and Brown Jr at least above Tee, and even more when you consider availability.
He was a second round steal, which no one is arguing, but he is certainly benefitting from playing opposite Chase and catching balls from Burrow, when Tee is healthy...

He was a top 5 free agent last year according to pff. And this year, I saw he's their top free agent too.

No way are Chase Brown and Mims above Tee.
Mims has had a good year as a rookie, but he's not some great tackle yet. He's maybe an average nfl tackle. Hopefully he continues to improve and becomes great.
Brown is one of the worst starting rbs in the nfl...but he's shown promise lately.
Orlando Brown is an above average tackle. Sometimes he's good.

Putting Mims ahead of Tee is certainly a take. I’d have the current top 5 as:
Burrow
Chase
Trey
Tee
Orlando
Honorable mention to Chase Brown. Mims showed a lot of promise as a pass blocker, but he has a ways to go to round out his overall game. He’s also already having his own availability issues. Which was the only reason we even got him in the first place.

He’s been one of the best in the league since about midway through the season. Since week 9 only Saquon Barkley and Ja’Marr Chase are averaging more yards from scrimmage per game than Chase Brown (119.9).

playing offensive snaps is one thing..and maybe its because they are throwing to TEs, Higgins etc...but they are not throwing to him like they did Boyd..Maybe he is remiss in some area that we don't know about..maybe they plan to throw to him more next year,,we don't know ..but the guy is athletically talented..fast, can run difficult routes..end of discussion ...we can discuss individual players or positions..strengths and deficiencies..BUT BUT BUT..we will know we are headed in the right direction when organizational changes are made, more scouts added//etc..until then it will always be close " but no cigar" and we will be having similar discussions next year..have a great day

Agree to disagree, but all good.
We both want the team to improve, just disagreeing on the method, and what the team should value.
I have a hard time putting a player who is often injured, especially recently, in the top 8 when discussing a team.

Mike Gesicki has played half the amount of snaps as Andrei Iosivas and has more targets, receptions, and yards. Why? Because he's in the right spot, makes contested catches, and makes plays. Mike Gesicki has earned those targets. Iosivas has been inconsistent a with contested catches and against zone coverages, and he hasn't been on the same page as Burrow in scramble situations all year (shout out the Chase Brown in that regard). Yes, Yoshi has all the physical talent in the world but in thr NFL that only gets you so far.

If we do not sign Tee, upgrade the defense and the O line. Burrow is great with a subpar line (better than he enjoyed previously), could you imagine him with a solid line that could also open a hole for those 10 runs a game?

Higgind ..chase..also drop easy catches..as does geski..you and I..as passionate as we are..have no idea as to his abilty to run correct routes etc
