I assume you're playing the Legendary edition. When they did the LE, they streamlined them to be more coherent. They (attempted) to nomadize the launcher and character creator and how your character's appearance transfers between games. Some of this was more successful than others.
Side note:
Back in 2012 when the games were all released, I'd say my order of "favorites" was ME2, ME1 then ME3. The ORIGINAL (launch day) ending of ME3 was horrific. If, after finishing ME you want a link to the original ending (or lack thereof), I can dig it out of youtube. It is quite staggeringly different.

Picked up Hogwarts Legacy. Opening sequence was pretty good.. got Slytherin
Also it appears Warner Brothers is looking to Sell off their Games Division. Currently MS is their top Target. Tencent is the other major bidder.

Got too frustrated with my PC issues to continue Baulder's Gate 3, so I got it for the PS5. While the game def is geared towards keyboard and mouse, they've done a good job with the controller controls. Looking forward to being able to play it.

Yea I'm a massive star wars fan (I have a 1st ed. 1st print Splinters of a Mind's Eye signed by Alan Dean Foster lol) but I'm gonna wait a year or so and get Outlaws when it's $20.

have purchased KCD but havent gotten around to playing it yet.
Recently grabbed System shock Remaster/remake and something called Lonely Mountain: Downhill (riding a bike down mountain paths) I grabbed this cause i saw the trailer for Lonely Mountain: snow riders which gave hm skifree feels minus the monster that kills you lol (just gravity here)

These kind of games just don't do it for me anymore, and havent for years now. Give me a KOTOR remastered or a new similar kotor kind of Star Wars game instead. Also I saw some gameplay highlights of Outlaws, showing the character shoot at troopers who all shot back. Then she ran over to some bushes to hide, and the troopers surrounded her and kept shooting but couldn't hit her and then also couldn't find her and walked away. Great ai there Ubisoft lol.

I had fun with Hogwarts, really enjoyed the world tho especially the castle. They did a great job on it.

So somehow I missed out on Kingdom Come, and saw it on Xbox store with all the DLCs for 3.99, like a 90% off sale for it which is a nice bonus. Starting it today I think, because since Elden Ring Land of Shadows back in June, I've been on the search for actual high quality games. So thanks for mentioning this one!

as much as i would like KOTOR with better graphics... I worry what else they would change in todays climate.... Likely they would ruin the game instead of giving it the glowup it deserves.
