Back end of the draft guys - PikesPeakUC - 04-09-2017

We've all debated about the guys who the Bengals should take in the early rounds, but this is definitely not that thread. Who are the "lottery tickets" later on in the draft that you're interested in?

Some of my favorites:

Brian Hill, RB, Wyoming
Joe Williams, RB. Utah
Xavier Woods, S, Louisiana Tech
Connor Harris, LB, Lindenwood
Keionta Davis, DE, UT-Chattanooga
Jessamen Dunker, G, Tennessee State
Cole Hikutini, TE, Louisville

Probably my favorite, though, is if he falls because of injury concerns is Eddie Jackson. I think he could be a good late draft and stash guy.

There are a few interesting guys to me.

Robert Davis, WR, Georgia State (Projected 6-7th round)
He is an athletic freak. 6' 3'' 220 pounds. Ran 4.44 at the combine with a 41 inch vertical and 136 inch broad jump.

Ifeadi Odenigbo, DE, Northwestern (Projected 7th to UDFA)
6'3'' 258 lbs. He was a pass rushing specialist for NW. High motor guy.

Joe Williams, RB, Utah (Projected 6th to UDFA)
Has a lot of talent but his desire to play football is a question mark. Left his team and then returned.

Brendan Langley, CB, Lamar (Projected 6th to 7th)
Big, fast developmental CB that could be a solid rotational CB.

David Jones, S, Richmond (Projected 7th to UDFA)
6'1'' 205 4.43 at pro day. Had 9 interceptions in 2015 and was injured (forearm) last season.

Love Hikutini, am a little biased though.

Great hands and tough kid.

Ifeadi is a perfect fit at RDE for the Bengal's rotation.  He is just now scraping the surface of his potential.  There was a "pressure index" I saw recently where it showed Ifeadi had a better score than some pretty highly ranked DEs.  He's also a very intelligent guy.

Check out Adam Shaheen, TE from Ashland.  He is over 6'6", goes about 270, and runs like a gazelle.  Very raw, but I would take him to see if they could develop him.

Shaheen isn't nearly as much of a sleeper as you suggest. Many draftniks have him as a Day 2 pick.

I think Shaheen is one of those guys who could jump a lot and go 2nd-3rd rounds. He's an absolute freak.

At one point he was a sleeper 1st rounder, but seems to settled in the 2nd.

Not likely...that would mean he's a top 100 player.  Jake Butt might even slide to the 4th round.
