Outside of a few people, most have the bonus potential. RE: Rate draft - guyofthetiger - 08-27-2017 Say goodbye to $85. Should have bet on the fight last night with the Mob. No way were the Casinos (Mob) going to take a bath on McGregor. I just don't see a winner here. The QB's will not get you enough points to win. And I think mariota and rivers both finish as top 10 qbs. Also - Rivers hasn’t missed a game in 11 seasons and has thrown for at least 4,000 yards in eight of his past nine years. Last year, he had more passing TDs (33) than Andrew Luck (31). And...... In 2016, Mariota got off to an admittedly slow start. He only had four touchdowns after the first four weeks. Many of his owners cut bait at that point, myself included. Oh how quickly I regretted that decision. From Week 5 to Week 12, Mariota had multiple touchdowns in every game. He threw just three interceptions during that period and had three or more touchdowns four times. You’ve probably figured it out by now, but during that stretch, Mariota was the single best QB in fantasy football. I completely acknowledge that you can’t ignore the first four weeks, but the last three can be explained away. Week 14 was against Denver. No real explanation needed – they stymied everyone. Week 15 was against Kansas City – a formidable foe – but admittedly Mariota should have performed better. Week 16 was against Jacksonville and also when Mariota broke his leg. This guy was good enough to have an eight-week stretch where he was the best quarterback in fantasy, and he’s being drafted behind or close to the likes of Jameis Winston, Ben Roethlisberger, Cam Newton, Derek Carr, and Russell Wilson. I went to see if you drafted 4th. My wife joined our league cause we were 1 short. She auto drafted and got Julio and Zeke... Gronk 3rd. This is what happens when picking 8 th goes badly.... Gordon Mike Thomas Kelce Tyreke Hill Keenan Allen Mark Ingram Tevin Coleman Jarvis Landry Derrick Henry Andy Dalton (computer froze on my pick that round) Hunter Henry Kenny Britt Jeremy Hill Giants Catanzaro Ugh. RE: Rate draft - Shake n Blake - 08-30-2017 Looks pretty stout, especially when Zeke gets back. I like to wait on QBs myself, so I dig your strategy. Rivers can be more than competent in fantasy despite being a late rounder over the last few years. I'm not big on Mariota though. He puts up game manager numbers. |
