I don;t see much difference both are good coaches but different circumstances have lead to the same thing, Marvin took over a horrible team in a solid division at the time and made the team competitive over time but has faded and not won in the playoffs.. Chuck took over a team that packed it in for a year after Manning left but still had some good players got the number one pick with Luck and won in a sorry division but has not built the team well around Luck to survive his injury not made the playoffs last three years and are on a downward spiral.
