Declined to give a speech at the Hall of Fame with rest of '18 class. Instead he will give it at McKenzie Arena on the campus of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (Which I think wants to be called just "Chattanooga" these days). That is where I got my undergraduate degree in 1986.
