Hate to be the Debbie Downer, but this is FAKE NEWS.
The female dolphin's mammary glands from which a baby dolphin feeds from are two slits located near the anus, but are not in the anus. As the baby feeds with its snout up in a slit, there is no loss of milk in the water. Thus there is nothing to be worried about.
