favorite YouTube channels - Millhouse - 10-06-2018 YouTube has some really good content, if you can find it in the ever growing ocean of videos on there. Here are a few of my favorite channels I have been following last couple of years or so: Joe Robinet - Canadian bushcrafter, outdoors channel https://www.youtube.com/user/josephallen19 My Self Reliance - Another Canadian, some bushcrafting but for last year he has documented building a small cabin on property of his. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIMXKin1fXXCeq2UJePJEog If folks are into that sort of stuff, its good to put on and sit back and relax living vicariously through what they do. Plus you can find others out there in that growing genre on youtube. For my alien conspiracy kicks, Sirius Disclosure is my favorite. It is headed by Dr. Steven Greer, who some may know from the documentary on Netflix called Unacknowledged. He is actually a real doctor too, a trauma surgeon. But a lot of good stuff in there that includes whole interviews from witnesses. I dont bother with 95% of alien shows out there anymore, but I do give this channel a thumbs up. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCC6B4Y0oFACv9QBlf0ebBcg Last one for now is one I posted in the food section while back., the Townsends channel. It's a 1700's U.S. area cooking channel, and tries to replicate meals from recipes and sources written from back then. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxr2d4As312LulcajAkKJYw RE: favorite YouTube channels - BengalsRocker - 10-06-2018 Coyote Peterson Local Ohio guy fearless about getting bitten by stuff / educational wildlife personality's channel. https://www.youtube.com/user/BreakingTrail RE: favorite YouTube channels - BengalsRocker - 10-06-2018 Pete Thorn Guitar extraordinaire and gear demo guru. https://www.youtube.com/user/sinasl1 RE: favorite YouTube channels - CKwi88 - 10-06-2018 Love CinemaSins, but really can ruin movies. RE: favorite YouTube channels - Sociopathicsteelerfan - 10-09-2018 Red Letter Media and I'm Not Norm. RE: favorite YouTube channels - treee - 10-09-2018 Casually Explained, Bon Apetit, Get Indie Gaming RE: favorite YouTube channels - Belsnickel - 10-09-2018 This probably says a lot about me. Realistic Fishing - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCUIs6cf4QKGPP_sYvkOfwWA Just a regular guy in Tennessee who likes fishing, especially on a budget. Milliken Fishing - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCdJs_Dva2m2OT014oB1zWlg More of a pro than Realistic, but Ben is still pretty no nonsense. He's in Nebraska and seems like a pretty down-to-earth guy. Lake Fork Guy - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCt6iqDb8Pcza_A_UW5XMFyg Justin Rackley just seems like an all around good guy from Texas, and he is all about the outdoor life. He had a battle with a brain tumor that he documented and he spends a lot of time fishing, hunting, and with his family (they have a newborn baby girl). DAALMYD - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCI4fHQkguBNW3SwTqmehzjw Jake dives in places to find stuff underwater. If he can return things to people, he tries his best to do so. Awesome channel. Jon B. - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCI6gB6eZS0c3ZrjcJq7xAtA More fishing, and mostly just fishing. LunkersTV - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCt_ePtr2GAaHMvlVo6Jnq_g Former Army sniper who made money in the gaming industry and now spends his time fishing, hunting, and with his family. Another Texan. He just published a book about his time in the Army and immediately following. RE: favorite YouTube channels - Forever Spinning Vinyl - 08-21-2019 Saturday Night Live has been posting some kick ass older stuff. I love the old 70s and 80s but I remember seeing this one live in '98 or '99. Check out Richard Gene on You-tube. He could catch a fish out of a mud puddle. Usually acts like a idiot at some point but has some of the best fishing videos on the web. Very informative & fun. RE: favorite YouTube channels - Tiger Teeth - 08-21-2019 I like several different topics, but something I've been into lately is the ASMR trend. They have a wide variety of vids on this, but some of it is really cool. If you're stressed out, can't sleep, or just want to relax, check it out. There's a few whispered massage videos that actually lower my blood pressure. I swear. Just type in ASMR Massage and surf away. Make sure it's quiet and you're near a place where you can lay down. I've face planted the keyboard a time or two. RE: favorite YouTube channels - Forever Spinning Vinyl - 03-15-2020 If you love old Late Night with David Letterman, Don Giller put up a great youtube channel with a tremendous collection of guests and skits. https://www.youtube.com/user/dongiller/videos Here's part one of three of all of the times Dave called the lady across the street from his office as he more or less stalked her for a couple of years. |
