Please Do Something About the Defense - Fan_in_Kettering - 10-29-2019 While everyone is looking forward to the new Ryan Finley-led offense, can Lou Anarumo please do something about this horrific defense? They are currently allowing ten less points per game than Teryl Austin did in 2018 which is better but they are allowing record setting amounts of yards. Heck, it’s going to be easier to measure the distance in miles pretty soon. Red Zone defense is moderately acceptable but between the 20 yard lines it’s ugly. I think they cracked his playbook. RE: Please Do Something About the Defense - Nicomo Cosca - 10-30-2019 Giving him some LBers that don’t completely suck would be a good start... How many games this season has a Safety led the team in tackles? Seems like it’s every week. As of now, it's 3 games, but the last two games have a safety leading the team in tackles. Although, even when a LB leads the game in tackles, our safeties have been close at second and third most. RE: Please Do Something About the Defense - bengalfan74 - 10-30-2019 Has anybody noticed ? Is Pratt improving any ? I get in cringe mode watching the D and watch out of the corner of my eye. |
