Best Case Scenario for 2020 NFL Draft - Hammerstripes - 11-14-2019 Yes, this is very far-fetched. Wouldn't it be nice if Joe Burrow and Chase Young were best freinds? Why do you ask? Simple. Draft Burrow at #1 overall. Burrow convinces Young to stay in school. Young does, and declares for the supplemental draft in the summer of 2020 and the Bengals take him. LOL, problem solved.
